There are many organizations that have made an initial investment for project management that has not achieved their anticipated value. CA's Clarity product is one of the most robust and utilized tools in the market today. Consistently the leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Portfolio and Project Management Software systems, CA has just announced that the end of life for Clarity 7.5.3 will be July 2009 and will no longer be supported. The upgrade path from 7.5.3 to the current version of r12 will be a difficult journey for most clients. R2 has developed a way to inexpensively and with minimum risk to assess and complete the upgrades for potential clients.

Many of our clients simply do not have the time, resources, or level of commitment necessary to develop in house project management expertise. For this, they ask and are provided assistance from our consultants for completing the project management activities of a current project.
Full Cycle Technology Selection and Implementation

R2 consultants are certified to deliver CA Clarity and Microsoft Project Server implementations and have arranged partnerships and delivery of @Task, Daptiv, Primavera, HP, and Planview. This service will be to analyze the clients needs and level of investment, design a solution that will deliver an immediate return on investment, and implement the technology and/or process change through the training of the staff. This will be one of the few end to end project management delivery services in the marketplace and the only one that can represent such diversity, and clearly establishes R2 as a niche provider.
