OPM3 provides a way for organizations to understand their project management processes and measure their capabilities in preparation for improvement. There are only 86 people certified internationally and only 41 in the US. This puts R2 in an elite group who can help you assess your PM practices, map them to capabilities in your application and measure the outcome.
